Schonen Haus General Contracting LLC or also known as SGC is a company made up from and founded by Dean Folsom (owner operator of C.O.P.E. Contracting) & Michael F. Dobbs (owner operator of Michael F. Dobbs construction). Together they have a combined 41 years of construction experience.
Michael Dobbs & Dean Folsom come from a background in custom finish carpentry and millwork, such as construction of staircases, fireplace mantles, crown moulding & other fine decrative applications. These roots promote a concentration to detail, as well as a passion for beautifully crafted homes.
Our exposure to a very high end & qaulity clientel has afforded us a unique education in both practical & asthetic design. This has also earned us the ability to help you in the design process.
Our staff consists of our design & project managers Dean Folsom & Michael F. Dobbs, our office manager Joycelyn Folsom & and field forman Ryan C. Smythe. We conduct much of the work ourselves, & employ qaulity subcontractors specialized in their fields for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
